Baddazzle Cleaning LLC
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using any service provided by Baddazzle Cleaning LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"),
you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
We offer professional residential and/or commercial cleaning
services, including but not limited to:
Standard recurring cleaning
Deep cleaning
Move-in/move-out cleaning
Post-construction cleaning
Custom cleaning services (as agreed in writing)
Services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments may be booked via phone, email, or online form.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
A late cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service charge may apply if
notice is not given within 24 hours.
No-shows may result in full charge and loss of future booking privileges.
4. Pricing and Payment
All pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.
We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and other agreed-upon payment methods.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.
Recurring services may be charged on a recurring basis after consent.
5. Access to Property
You agree to provide the cleaner(s) with safe and timely access to the property
on the scheduled date/time. If access is not granted, a cancellation or lockout fee may apply.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, please
notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the areas of concern at no extra charge.
7. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Securing valuables and fragile items
Providing working utilities (electricity, water)
Informing us of any hazardous conditions or pet-related issues
Notifying us of any property damage concerns before or during service
8. Damage and Liability
While we take great care in our work, Baddazzle Cleaning LLC is not liable for:
Pre-existing damage
Wear and tear
Damage resulting from unsafe conditions or items
Items not disclosed as fragile or high-risk
Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate recurring service agreements with 7 days' notice.
Baddazzle Cleaning LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at our
discretion for violations of these terms.
10. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on
how we handle your personal data.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in Florida.
